Database on National Social Welfare Policies for Survivors and Victims of Nazi Persecution

The Database on National Social Welfare Policies for Survivors and Victims of Nazi Persecution was supported in its creation by the European Shoah Legacy Institute and presented at the International Conference on Welfare for Holocaust Survivors and Other Victims of Nazi Persecution on May 26-27, 2015 in Prague, Czech Republic.
As stated in the Project Report, the purpose of the database is to provide governments, advocacy groups and international institutions important information about the progress of Terezin Declaration countries in achieving their commitments to ensure that the social welfare needs of Holocaust survivors and other victims of Nazi persecution are met, and that these individuals are able to live the remainder of their lives with dignity.

For approved health services abroad, the insured person contributes 20% of total costs, but no more than 200 euro. Ceiling: total co-pay limit of 70% of the average monthly net salary in previous year, excluding drugs which are on the List of drugs prescribed in primary care and for treatment abroad. Moreover, so called Preventive Government Programs provide for exemption from co-payment for health care services (except for drugs on the List of drugs issued on prescription in primary care, treatment abroad and orthopedic and other accessories).
